We understand the importance of timely delivery and have outlined our estimated delivery times as follows:
Delivery within 6-7 days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. However, in most cases, your order will arrive well before the maximum time frame.
We cannot guarantee delivery before a specific holiday or within the quoted timeframe, as global supply chain issues or severe weather events can occasionally cause delays. Shipping times may also exclude weekends and holidays depending on the carrier.
For larger orders, items may be shipped in separate boxes with individual tracking numbers and could arrive at different times.
Order Tracking
To track your order, simply click the profile icon in the top right of the homepage. Then enter the email you placed the order with. If tracking information isn’t available, please contact us at vip@shopgiselle.com
Note: It may take up to 3 business days for your tracking code to activate due to order processing time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Emails
If you didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking email, please check your spam, junk, or promotional folders. We’ve been informed that some email providers incorrectly categorize our emails. To avoid missing updates, please add us to your contact list.
